Senior Product Manager

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager that will support our Team and Company growth.

Your Job Will Be...

  • Carry on the strategy and execution of the Socialancer Marketplace from a business perspective

  • Planning tasks, prioritise them and execute them based on business growth
  • Manage a team of developers, copywriters (Spanish), customer care (when related to software issues)
  • Assess softwares to be promoted
  • Take care of our website's security and any required speed improvements (updating plugins, writing code when needed...)
  • Define and analyse marketplace metrics that inform and drive our marketplace evolution
  • Create the product roadmap based on market analysis, market trends and client feedback. Regularly test and review the product roadmap of customer value
  • Manage launch of new or/and ongoing softwares, including cross-selling and upselling
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the content marketing team to create software support and sales materials
  • Defining, Monitoring, and reporting marketplace KPIs evolution. Integrate competitive understanding into product roadmap
  • Decide on and implement marketplace improvements, new features based on market analysis and feedback from (potential) clients. Business- and market-oriented prioritisation
  • You will report to the CEO

Your Profile

  • 3-5+ years of demonstrated experience of full marketplace or eCommerce product lifecycle execution AND 2+ years of experience in software development

  • Demonstrable Project Management, Digital Marketing, Online Sales experience and Agile methodology

  • Fluency in English AND Spanish

  • Technical expertise

  • You are empathetic, a team player with the ability to work individually

  • You are able to prioritise, execute tasks, and do it on time

  • You will develop both a highly intuitive sense of what our product and our market needs, and an ability to gather, analyse and apply real-world data and evidence to support (or even contradict) your ideas and intuitions 

  • You are a critical thinker: you will suggest improvements in Socialancer's strategy

  • Enthusiastic can-do attitude and goal oriented

  • Confident decision maker

  • Digital and user-centric mindset, and attention to detail and quality

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge and/or experience with marketplaces or eCommerce products
  • Knowledge on Growth Hacking and SEO
  • Knowledge on Affiliate Marketing
